Tim Murphy

Executive Director

Tim brings over 25 years of experience in the treatment of individuals experiencing difficulties due to mental health and substance abuse symptoms. He was the Administrative Director of Psychiatric Services at Salem Hospital for several years and one of the founders of Liberty House a Child Abuse Assessment Center in Salem, Oregon. Tim was a national educator/ trainer for SAMHSA and on the faculty of the National Technical Assistance Center part of the National Association of State Mental Health Programs from 2005 to 2008. Previous to establishing Bridgeway Recovery Services Tim was Chief Executive Officer of Maui Youth and Family Services on the island of Maui in the State of Hawaii.

Chief Finance Officer

David's experience in human services administration is comprehensive, with over thirty years combined in the areas of healthcare finance, social service organization management, and state government budget development. He has an MBA, with additional coursework in Public Administration.

His experience has been focused in the funding and financing of health & human services organizations, where he has worked in administrative positions in both non-profit entities, and in the state system that funds many of the programs in health and social services. He has held finance management positions mental health and social services agencies, and for healthcare organizations.

Human Resources Director

Anna manages Bridgeway's employee relations including recruitment and hiring, benefits and compensation, and overall human resource compliance. Additionally, she provides direct oversight of Bridgeway's administrative support team.

She brings 9 years of administrative experience in the human services field to the team. She is dedicated to providing a supportive workplace for Bridgeway's employees as well as creating an organizational culture where clients feel safe, supported and welcomed.

Renee Hancock

Residential Services Manager

Renee is the Residential Services Manager responsible for oversight and supervision of BRS sobering station, detox services as well as residential gambling and alcohol and drug treatment. Renee holds a masters degree in counseling attained from George Fox University. She has been in the field for 13 years. Her career has been dedicated to increasing awareness and services for individuals suffering from co-occurring disorders.

Tina Bialas

Co-Occurring Disorders Program Clinical Supervisor

Tina Bialas is the Clinical Supervisor for the Co-Occurring Disorders Program at Bridgeway. Tina received her Master's Degree in Counseling in 1995 from Portland State University and has been credentialed as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2001. She has worked with individuals struggling with both mental health and addictions issues her entire career. Her areas of special interest have included Adult ADHD, the use of nutritional supplements in treatment, Drug Court treatment programs, and women's issues in recovery. Tina is dedicated to empowering people to achieve healthy and functional lives through education, collaboration and support.
